1. Nature of the Service
Old Bridge Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected with Old Bridge, New Jersey. It does not host government records and has no connection with an office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material located through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Service
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here, or returned by a linked tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

The service’s original text, layout, logo, and design are protected by copyright. You may link to pages and quote brief attributed excerpts, but may not republish full pages or systematically copy content.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may block or limit access, without notice, for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The public-record access sources discussed here include the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.; that statute does not alter these private Terms.
12. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
